Start with cutting down carbs and discipline your body not to take carbs as your first line energy.
The 3 main keywords to remember: B, U and T.
Rice, brown rice, glutinous rice and any kind of rice.
Any form of tapioca such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam, fries and etc.
Anything to do with flour such as cakes, bread, pasta, noodles and etc.
The Rule Of ONE Fist
Always remember, each meal of total carbs should not be more than your one fist. For example, if you have a potato, rice and bread on your table, you can consume all of them as long as all 3 of them added up are not more than your one fist.
Replace your carbs with healthy fat. 4 main healthy fats that every individuals should take will be omega-3, omega-6, omega-9 and MCT.
